I lost a piece of luggage it was turned in and returned to me, after being found by a hotel worker very nice.
The rooms and beautiful casino.
How far the rooms were from the casino. It was alot of walking.
The bell hop person on both occasions when we needed him was wonderful and so was the valet.
The shower took forever to heat up and then just trickled out.
Being a coffe drinker, there was not a coffee maker in the room.
Very quiet and clean. The staff was very attentive.
The walk through the maze to find your room.
The Hotel was easy to walk up and down the board walk
We use the Internet to manage or family while we travel. To pay for high speed internet is one of the most important things we look for in a hotel. We may not stay there again if I have to pay for high speed internet. All other Hotels/Motel offer is free of charge.
Lack of dining ,we really enjoyed the resturant upstairs only to find it closed this year
Reasonable rate. Conveniently located, within walking distance to other casinos.
Our room was clean and confortable. The room didn't have enough lighting and the halls could use a good cleaning.
We like the location. We also like the machines in the casino better than at any of the other casinos in Laughlin.
good chicken and ribs slots seemed loose good hold em tournament
price was great. room was clean.
tv could of been better.fuzzy picture on some chanels.
Nothing this trip!!
Poor maid service hotel is really going downhill
close to the Oktoberfest
Bathroom: bath towels were so small I thought they were hand towels. No hair dryer. A monk would like this bathroom. Room: we requested a king bed at the time we booked at prepaid this trip. We checked in at 3:20 (long check in line with just three front desk clerks) and when we finally reached a clerk, we were told they only had queen rooms left. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor about a half mile away from the elevator. BTW the clerk didn't help the situation by giving us her poor "put upon" attitude. Take it or leave it was her motto. Beds: both beds were very uncomfortable, compounded by sheets that were apparently too small for the beds. When I turned the bed back all the sheets came untucked from the sides of the bed. After retucking the best I could I got into bed to find that the bottom sheet was not long enough for the bed! Ick! How many other feet had been down there. I would have slept in the chair if it hadn't smelled so bad. The room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke although it was supposedly a non smoking room. Over all: the hotel appeared seedy, run-down and unkempt. I think we'll stay at Harrahs next time.
I requested a room near to elevators. I also realize that could not be guaranteed, however we were given a room as far from the elevator as you could possibly get. Also the view was a brick wall! The slots were so tight , they squeaked.
middle of all other hotels
room otherside of elevators
